Nicole graduated from Curtin University in 2000 and was appointed into a National Clinical Coordinator role within two years for Advanced Personnel Management (APM), Tasmania. Her strengths in working efficiently and independently saw her approached by a number of workplace rehabilitation agencies on her return to Perth, working for both the ORS Group and WorkFocus Australia.
Nicole’s interest in occupational health and safety led to further studies and roles including consulting, coordinating and later management in OHS for Chevron Texaco, the Burswood Entertainment Complex (Crown) and Activ.
Nicole’s recent management work has included leading Coles in its safety management systems including employees, contractors, visitors and customers across 80 supermarkets throughout Western Australia as well as coaching in safety, injury prevention and management to all levels of business.
Nicole has started her Post Graduate Studies in Occupational Health and Safety.

Sonja’s post graduate experience has been in injury management and prevention working since 1995 in a variety of vocational settings including both the Western Australian and National (ComCare and Seacare) Workers Compensation systems. Her tenure has included work for three national vocational rehabilitation providers as both an Occupational Therapist and Injury Management Consultant for: Active Injury Management, ORS Group and WorkFocus Australia before launching Occupational Fitness Solutions in 2004.
During her 18 years in occupational medicine, Sonja’s work has included the management of long term, high cost, and complex workers compensation cases, training organisations in best practice injury management, mentoring and management of Injury Management Advisors as well as quality and project management. Sonja worked as a clinical tutor at Curtin University within the School of Occupational Therapy and continues to guest lecture.
Sonja is a member of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA) and is a registered Occupational Therapist.
B. Sc. O.T
Kelwyn returned to Perth after working for eight years specialising in injury management and prevention in London. Here he managed a low cost, fast track case management service to reduce insurance claim duration and cost. The business nationally reduced case management overspend and non-recoverable debt in excess of one quarter of a million pounds.
Kelwyn has worked in a technical medical and vocational rehabilitation role for QBE Insurance as well as for Active Injury Management and STAR Injury Management, both Western Australian Workplace Rehabilitation Providers.
