Welcome
Occupational Fitness Solutions provide a
specialised corporate health service, helping organisations prevent injuries
and if injured, assist employees to get back to work quickly.
Our mission statement 'getting people better quicker'
describes what we do best and how organisations can benefit. Customers don't
have to be "sick or injured" to access our expertise. We seek solutions to
assist in efficient people management.
Our Consultants have all worked in a cross section of
industries including building and construction, manufacturing, hospitality,
mining, retail and health. We are currently a preferred provider of
Occupational Health and Safety and Wellness services as part of the State
Government Tender RFT 39104 as well as a preferred provider of Ergonomic
services for the Water Corporation.

TRAINING COURSES
Occupational Fitness Solutions coordinate numerous training courses
including First Aid, Occupational Health and Safety, Management and Leadership.
We have a partnership with Royal Lifesaving Australia (a Registered Training
Organisation).
Our courses include but are not limited to:
Office Ergonomics and
Safety
(1 day)
A comprehensive one day course referenced to Worksafe
Victoria's Officewise Guide.
Manual Handling (1
day)
This course will equip you with the knowledge to help recognise, assess and
reduce manual handling risks in your organisation.
Workplace Hazardous
Substances
(1 day)
Employers must provide training to all employees who
could be exposed to hazardous substances at work. This one day workshop is
referenced to the National Code of Practice.

Management System in your Workplace (1 day)
An employers' guide to meeting new
legislative requirements
Mastering Injury Management
The Western Australian Injury Management Code of Practice effective November
2005 requires all employers to have an injury management system and the ability
to put together return to work programs. This workshop is for Small Business
Owners, Supervisors and Managers on effective injury management to reduce the
likelihood of high cost, long duration claims.
Occupational Health and Safety for Supervisors
and Managers
(soon to be accredited so participants can gain a nationally recognized
Certificate of Competence)
A comprehensive 2 day course, geared to Supervisors and Managers.
Participants will learn to:

Enhance the efficiency and productivity of business operations. A safe, secure
and well-managed workplace can send positive messages, boost staff morale and
pride, allow staff to concentrate on your company's core business activities
and improve performance and productivity.
